Dean Walsh updated the group on school affairs and honored Ted Teng ‘79 for his contributions to the school. First Vice President, Anna Chung ‘13, hosted a panel of students to give a picture of student life today and help the society think about how they can further support students and recent graduates. We honored Phil Miller ’83 whom we lost suddenly earlier this year with memories and in song. His beloved wife, Yasamin Miller, was made an honorary Cornell Hotel Society member. The Society has set up to endowment funds to remember Phil and carry on his legacy. More information on the funds and directions to contribute can be found here: https://youneedtomeet.org/.
