CHS EMEA Regional Meeting – London – June 2017

The CHS European, Middle East and African regional meeting was held in London, UK from June 15 to 17, 2017. Congratulations to the CHS London chapter and EMEA regional leadership for hosting such an enjoyable event!

The local conference planning committee consisted of Liv Gussing Burgess ’91, Alison Hargreaves ’00, Maria-Pia Intini MMH ’11, Adam Maclennan MMH ’06, and Victoria Mackay MMH ’16.

Here is an overview of the many activities the Hotelies and their guests enjoyed:

• Opening cocktail reception at the Citizen M hotel
• London Hospitality Industry seminar and CHS General Meeting at the host Mondrian London hotel
• Walking tour of the Southbank of London
• Friday night dinner-go-round at local restaurants
• Tour of the Greenwich Park Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum
• Thames River cruise
• Saturday evening banquet and scholarship auction at the Corinthia Hotel
